**PLEASE NOTE: You must have a current membership or renew your membership PRIOR to registering for conference. If it does not allow you to register, then your membership needs to be  completed/renewed first.

We are again offering both in-person and virtual options. Registration for in-person conference attendance closes Saturday, October 26th and will not be extended. There are no partial conference registration options available this year.

Virtual Conference:
Virtual classes will not be offered live this year. Instead, virtual conference will be opened for all attendees (in-person & virtual) approximately 1 week after the close of conference. Courses will then remain open for credit until December 10th. CEs will not be awarded for viewings after that date. The Sunday morning interfaith service will not be available for virtual attendance.

Pre-Conference:
Registration for pre-conference has closed (see above).
Pre-conference courses will not be available for virtual credit hours.

Banquet:
One banquet ticket is included with each in-person registration. Additional banquet tickets may be added to your registration for $40 each. As a meal head count must be given to the hotel in advance, we can not guarantee additional tickets available for purchase the weekend of conference itself. Please plan accordingly & register early.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As of Sunday, September 29th, all vendor spaces are spoken for. We encourage anyone interested to please register for the wait list under General Vendor or Vehicle Vendor. If additional spaces become available or there is a cancellation,  we will contact the wait list in chronological order. Thank you. Please contact vendors@sdemsa.org with any questions. 

uth Dakota EMS Association Annual Conference is being held October 25^th - 27^th at the Holiday Inn, 305 N 27th Street, Spearfish, SD.  We expect up to 300 in-person participants for this year’s conference. Breaks between classes remain extended to allow attendees more time to visit the vendor area. In addition, a Vendor Social is planned for Friday to draw members to the vendor area. Vendors are welcome to partake in snack and lunch offerings during the conference weekend. 

VEHICLE VENDORS: Please note that there are no indoor space for vehicles to be displayed. Currently all of the spaces reserved alongside the conference area are FULLY BOOKED. These spaces were first come, first serve. You are still welcome to register and bring a demo vehicle, but will be required to register as a general vendor. Please note in your registration if you intend to bring a demo vehicle. You will be able to park your demo vehicle in the parking lot closest to the conference area.

IMPORTANT NOTES: **REGISTRATION CLOSES ~ October 11th, 2024**

• Payment must also be received by this date unless prior arrangements have been made.
• General Vendor & Vehicle Vendor registrations may be cancelled by October 11th. 
• Corporate sponsorships are not eligible for refunds.
