Dear Vendor,
We would like to announce the South Dakota EMS Association Annual Conference is being held on October 31st - November 2nd, 2025 at the Best Western Plus Ramkota - Sioux Falls, SD. We expect around 500 in-person participants for this year’s conference.
SDEMSA appreciates your support and we look forward to visiting with previous vendors and meeting new ones. Vendor set-up will be held the afternoon/evening of October 30th. A small number of members will be attending pre-conference classes that day, but the vendor area will be open for set-up only. The vendor areas will then formally open at 7am on Friday, October 31st and be open through mid-day on Sunday, November 2nd. We have maintained extended breaks between classes to allow attendees more time to visit the vendor area. A vendor social is also planned for long lunch on Friday, October 31st. In addition to standard vendor booth options, SDEMSA is also proud to offer a Corporate Sponsorship option. This option will support SDEMSA year-round as well as provide additional benefits to you. You may choose either a booth, corporate sponsorship, or both. Please note that both the gold and platinum level memberships include one free vendor booth space, a $600 value!
Attendees will all be given access to Guidebook, our digital event app. Every vendor will be given the opportunity to have a square thumbnail, small header/logo, and a limited description for the Guidebook. Descriptions are welcome to include contact emails and/or links to your website. Corporate sponsors given special recognition of their sponsorship level. Our team will contact you to request these details.
