Membership Requirement: You must have a current SDEMSA membership before registering. If the system does not allow you to register, please complete or renew your membership first.

Attendance Options: We are offering both in-person and virtual attendance.

In-Person Registration Deadline: Saturday, October 24, 2026 (no extensions). No partial conference registrations will be available this year. You must register early to guarantee a banquet ticket. Any registrations after October 24, 2026 will not include a banquet ticket.

Virtual Conference Access: No live-streaming this year – virtual courses will be available to all attendees (in-person & virtual) about one week after the conference ends. Courses will remain open for CE credit until December 12, 2026 (no credit awarded after this date). The Sunday morning interfaith service will not be offered virtually.

Banquet: One banquet ticket is included with each in-person registration (for registrations received prior to the October 24th deadline.) Additional tickets: $40 each (must be purchased in advance). Because the hotel requires a head count ahead of time, we cannot guarantee extra tickets will be available during the conference weekend. Please plan and register early.
