Who can attend the conference?

The conference is open to EMS professionals, students, educators, healthcare partners, vendors, and other individuals interested in emergency medical services.

Do I need to be an SDEMSA member to attend?

No. Anyone may attend. However, current SDEMSA members receive discounted registration rates.

How do I receive member pricing?

Please log in to your SDEMSA member account before registering. If no registration options appear, verify that your membership is active and that you are using the same email address associated with your membership.

Will there be virtual sessions?

Yes. Virtual conference content will become available after the in-person conference. Additional information and access instructions will be announced closer to the conference.

Will Continuing Education (CE) be offered?

Yes. Continuing education will be available for eligible conference sessions. Additional information regarding CE credit will be provided before the conference.

When will the conference schedule be available?

The conference schedule is currently being finalized and will be posted as soon as speakers and sessions are confirmed.

When will hotel information be available?

Hotel reservation information and the conference room block will be announced soon.

Will there be exhibitors?

Yes. Attendees will have opportunities throughout the conference to visit exhibitors, explore new EMS products, and participate in the Friday Vendor Fair.

Can vendors still register?

Yes. Vendors can register using the Vendor Registration page while booth space remains available.
