**Please Note: The rooms at the Convention Center were released on August 16th for our members to make reservations. Rooms typically fill up FAST and they are most likely gone. You are welcome to call the hotel to confirm this and be put on a wait list if you wish.**
SDEMSA has negotiated a discounted hotel rate for conference attendees at the host hotel. There are a limited rooms available. Please be courteous to your fellow EMTs and do not overbook or book in anticipation of others' needs. Several members would like to be at the host hotel and all deserve a fair chance.
To book your hotel room for 2024 SDEMSA Conference, call 605-642-4683. Please call the hotel directly to book your room & select option 2 to speak to the front desk. Option 1 will take you to the coporate booking line and will not get you the conference availability/rate. Similarly, if you book online, they will not be able to give you the conference availability/rate.
