October 26th - afternoon only
Main Conference:
October 27th, 28th, & 29th
(full day 27th & 28th with half day on the 29th)
**PLEASE NOTE: To get the lower membership rate of $175, you must have a current membership or renew your membership PRIOR to registering for conference. Otherwise, the only option available to you will be the non-member rate of $265.

We are offering both in-person and virtual options. We will offer full in person conference registrants along with virtual conference registrants the ability to watch and and get credit hours for recorded speakers until November 30th. There is not a 1-day registration option this year.
Registration for in-person conference attendance closes Saturday, October 28th and will not be extended.
Pre-conference:
Registration for pre-conference courses will be an option when registering for the full conference. Pre-conference courses will NOT be available for virtual credit hours.
Banquet:
One banquet ticket is included with each registration. Additional banquet tickets may be added to your registration for $40 each. As a meal head count must be given to the hotel in advance, we can not guarantee additional tickets available for purchase the weekend of conference itself. Please plan accordingly & register early.
Exciting Add-On Opportunity:
The RUSH Hockey has their opening game in Rapid City on Friday, October 27th. We have secured a limited number of steeply discounted tickets ($15 each) for SDEMSA members, friends, & family. We will also have the opportunity to take a group photo on the ice. Please note you can only purchase these tickets when registering for conference but you may select as many tickets as you wish. *Sales will close on October 20th or when limit is reached!
