SD EMS Association District 2 will be hosting an in-person EMR class in Tea, SD.
Class will be held Wednesday evenings from 1800-2200 with occasional Saturdays from 0900-1700 at the Tea Fire Department station.
Class will start on Wednesday, January 15th and complete on Saturday, March 22nd.
For students that are affiliated with or sponsored by an EMS agency (fire, ambulance, rescue squad, etc.) state EMS grant funds will cover the cost of the course. Students will be required to pay a deposit of $200 which will be refunded upon completion of the course and NREMT testing (testing outcome does not matter).
If not affiliated with or sponsored by an EMS agency, the course cost will be $600 which includes all instruction, course materials, and first attempt NREMT testing.
