SD EMS Association District 2 will be hosting an in-person EMT class in Brandon, SD.
Class will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 1800-2200 with one Saturday per month from 0800-1700 at the Brandon Fire Department station.
Class will start on Tuesday, January 14th and complete on Saturday, May 3rd.
For students that are affiliated with or sponsored by an EMS agency (fire, ambulance, rescue squad, etc.) state EMS grant funds will cover the cost of the course. Students will be required to pay a deposit of $300 which will be refunded upon completion of the course and NREMT testing (testing outcome does not matter).
If not affiliated with or sponsored by an EMS agency, the course cost will be $1000 which includes all instruction, course materials, and first attempt NREMT testing.
