    We are again offering both in-person and virtual options. Registration for in-person conference attendance closes Saturday, November 1st and will not be extended. There are no partial conference registration options available this year.

    Virtual Conference:
    Virtual classes will not be offered live this year. Instead, virtual conference will be opened for all attendees (in-person & virtual) approximately 1 week after the close of conference. Courses will then remain open for credit until December 10th. CEs will not be awarded for viewings after that date. The Sunday morning interfaith service will not be available for virtual attendance.

    Banquet:
    One banquet ticket is included with each in-person registration. Additional banquet tickets may be added to your registration for $40 each. As a meal head count must be given to the hotel in advance, we can not guarantee additional tickets available for purchase the weekend of conference itself. Registration after Friday 10/24/25 does not guarantee a banquet ticket! Please plan accordingly & register early. Additional tickets may be available at registration.

    Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)
    Dates: December 5–6, 2025
    Time: 0800–1700 each day
    Location: Uptown Mall, 2200 N. Maple Ave, Suite 309, Rapid City, SD

    Training Includes:

    • Hemorrhage control and tourniquet application

    • Surgical airway control and needle decompression

    • Strategies for treating wounded responders and victims in high-threat environments

    • Techniques for dragging and carrying victims

    • Caring for adult and pediatric trauma patients

    • Final mass-casualty/active shooter simulation

    Course Description:

    The IC 2 course is representative of the 2002 National Guidelines for EMS educators. This course will provide educators and leaders with the tools and information needed to advance their knowledge. IC 2 represents the next step to becoming an educational leader. The fundamentals of IC 2 are built on IC 1. The recommended pathway is to complete IC 1 first before taking IC 2. This online course offers 20 CAPCE approved CEH. Please note that this course is instructed in English only.

    Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS) Provider Course

    Dates: January 17-18, 2026

    Time: 0800-1700 each day

    Location: Uptown Mal, 2200 N. Maple Ave, Suite 309, Rapid City, SD

    Cost: SDEMSA members, $150, non-members$190 (includes textbook, additional fee if needing to mail book)

    Training Includes: learning to recognize and manage common medical crises through realistic case-based scenarios that challenge students to apply their knowledge to highly critical patients.
