FREE FIRST RESPONDERS RESILIENCY TRAINING -
Choose either February 7, 2023 or February 9, 2023

Hello South Dakota First Responders!

You are invited to attend a FREE, four-hour, virtual training on resiliency from First Responders Resiliency, Inc. (FRRI).  FRRI has done trainings in the past for South Dakota and have consistently received high praise from attendees.

First Responders Resiliency, Inc.® is a cutting-edge, PROACTIVE training program that helps first responders and their families address and mitigate the issues of stress-related burnout, depression, illness, injury, disability, and suicide. Utilizing the latest in science and research, the FRRI team of first responder instructors bring many years of experience to the training to reveal how to restore professional enthusiasm and personal joy. First Responders Resiliency programs quite simply, save lives.


Important Details

  • The South Dakota Department of Health is invested in your well-being and is sponsoring these events, so there is no charge to any front-line First Responders in South Dakota.

  • In addition, you can earn 3 FREE continuing education credits upon completion of a 4-hour training. **PLEASE NOTE: Since this training is virtual you must have your video camera on during the entire training. Participants with a black screen will not receive credit.

  • You can choose to go to either session, pick whatever works best for your schedule. They are identical. Please choose either:

    • Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 1 PM – 5 PM Central Time.

                                             OR

    • Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 6 PM – 10 PM Central Time.

Past attendees have highly evaluated this training because of its scientific, practical nature. It is taught by retired First Responders who have decades of experience and are field tested.
